Ayurveda Alchemist Terms and Conditions
This is an offer to enter into a contract with HARMONY INSPIRED HEALTH ACADEMY (the “Company”) for your participation in AYURVEDA ALCHEMIST an AYURVEDA LIFESTYLE & WELLNESS COACHING PROGRAM (the “Program”). You agree that, if the Company accepts your application, you will have entered into a legally binding contract with the Company.
By signing below, you agree that your participation in the Program will be governed by the following terms and conditions:
1. CONTENT COPY RIGHT.
All content provided for this course is subject to copy right. The content provided is for your own learning benefit and is not to be shared with anyone outside of the course. The course portal login details have been provided to you for access to the portal and must not be shared with anyone. Your access to the course content and portal will expire 6 months from the course commencement date.
2. CONFIDENTIALITY.
The Company respects your privacy, and we must insist that you also respect our privacy, as well as that of your fellow participants. In the course of your participation in the Program, confidential and proprietary information, plans, ideas, and trade secrets will be revealed by
Company and by participants. You agree that you will not disclose such information to any person or entity outside of discussions at Program sessions and will not use any confidential or proprietary materials acquired by you through the Program for any purpose whatsoever outside of the Program, whether commercial, educational, or otherwise. By signing below, you acknowledge that all confidential material and information revealed to you is and remains the sole intellectual property of the Company or the participant who revealed it.
3. FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY.
We have made every effort to accurately represent the Program and its potential. Every individual’s success depends on many factors, including his or her background, dedication, desire, motivation, and the nature of the business in which he or she is engaged. By signing below, you represent to the Company that payment of your course fee will not place a significant financial burden on you or your family and that any decisions or actions you take in response to advice or information acquired in the Program, and their consequences, are your sole responsibility.
4. PROGRAM PAYMENTS.
Should you be accepted to participate in the Program, you acknowledge that your entire program fee, whether paid in weekly instalments or paid in full, must be paid even if you choose at some future point to no longer participate and that no refunds will be issued. Any late payment of weekly fees will incur a $20 late payment fee. If your payments are not made in a timely fashion for any reason, the Company may suspend your participation in the Program until your account is brought current. By signing below, you acknowledge that you are making a commitment to pay the entire program fee to Company in exchange for the privilege of participating in the Program and you further agree to make all payments when they are due.
5. DISCLAIMER.
The Program instructors and coaches are not qualified to provide legal, tax accounting, or financial planning advice and the information they provide is not intended as such. By signing below, you agree that you will refer all legal, tax, accounting, and financial planning questions which may arise to qualified professionals. You further agree that, should company assign you a particular coach or instructor, such assignment may be changed if company, in its sole discretion, deems it necessary.
The program facilitators/coaches will not give out personal medical advice. The programs content &/or verbal facilitation does not intend to treat, diagnose or provide personal medical advice. If you have any signs and symptoms of illness &/or injury you must consult with your medical professional. By signing below, you agree to the Company’s no liability disclaimer.
6. TERMINATION.
The Company is committed to providing all Program participants with a positive and productive experience. By signing below, you agree that the Company, at its sole discretion, may limit, suspend, or terminate your right to participate in the Program without forgiveness of any remaining payments if you become disruptive or difficult to work with, fail to follow Program guidelines, or if your behaviour impairs the ability of instructors or fellow participants to participate in the Program.
7. GOVERNING LAW.
This agreement shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia and any action brought under this contract will be filed in
Queensland. By entering into this contract, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the State of Queensland with regard to any action which arises out of this contract.
8. REFUND POLICY.
Like any course, the benefits of the Program will only be seen if you do the work. No refunds will be issued after receiving course materials, or after 10 days from the course start date. We understand that life issues do come up, however we do not refund due to financial hardship or change of mind. You may suspend your payments for up to 4 weeks, by which time you will pay off the remainder of your course fees. If you decide to exit the program, we will not refund any payments made & all content and participation in the course will be ceased immediately.
9. STUDENT GRIEVANCE.
Students may send in a written formal complaint to the Company which will be reviewed and resolved within 48hrs. Types of grievances may include academic decisions, administrative decisions, services or facilities, unfair treatment, harassment and discrimination.
10. SUCCESS OF BUSINESS DISCLAIMER.
We do not guarantee any success of your business. We offer the education and support as outlined in the course curriculum. Building a successful business takes time and effort, which is the sole responsibility of the business owner.
11. YOUR GRADUATION CERTIFICATE: Your certificate of program completion will only be issued once all program material has been completed, all assignments have been marked and deemed with a sufficient pass mark, all online quizzes attempted and passed, any practical component of the program has been completed and all fees have been paid in full.
12. INSURANCE: This program is accredited by My Health Association. Once you have been issued your certificate of completion you can obtain insurance with My Health Association as an Ayurveda Lifestyle & Wellness Coach.
All insurance queries are to be made with MHA or your chosen insurance company. Harmony Inspired Health Academy has no jurisdiction over insurance.
